Steve Cleberg, Theatre Coordinator

Cleberg is a Professor of Theatre Arts at SCC and directs the Theatre program. During his twenty three years at SCC, he has directed and acted in over 100 plays. Cleberg has performed on stage in the leading roles for The Rainmaker and The Tempest. He has written and directed Cheap Video Production film projects Bad Day at Summer Rock, Dustin's Reunion and Dancing in Moonlight. His film version of August Strindberg's, The Stronger was an official selection into the 2007 “Bluegrass Independent Film Festival. In 2009, Cleberg’s film production of Nancy Barry’s Big Case was an official selection into the World Independent Film Expo. His play, Radio Suspense Theatre, is currently published by Playscripts, Inc.
Sherry Crabtree, Fine Arts Assistant
Sherry has been the Fine Arts Assistant at SCC since 1996. She has extensive performing and technical theatre background. She has had leading roles in SCC productions of The Miracle Worker, 'night, Mother, Arsenic and Old Lace, Harvey and Fiddler on the Roof. Sherry has won praises for her costumes designs for Love Scenes From Shakespeare, Tartuffe and Villains of Shakespeare as well as many others. In the summer of 2002, she directed SCC’s production of Guilty Conscience. She is also the artistic director for SCC's Reader's Theatre Company and Teen Theatre.
