Payment Plan (FACTS)
The KCTCS tuition payment plan, called the FACTS plan is a convenient, affordable way to pay your SCC tuition. It's easy to enroll online and set up a monthly payment plan – with no interest!
Two Ways to Enroll in the FACTS Payment Plan
Stop by the Business Office (on any campus or center)
Enroll online through your PeopleSoft account:
- Log onto PeopleSoft.
- Choose SELF SERVICE, then CAMPUS FINANCES.
- Choose ACCOUNT INQUIRY.
- Click SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN next to the appropriate semester.
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card or debit card
Cost to Participate
- $25.00 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
- $25.00 returned payment fee for each payment returned.

Fall 2009 (e-Cashier available April 1, 2009)
