What is the Educational Opportunity Center?
The Educational Opportunity Center provides information and assistance to adults wishing to enter or re-enter college or technical school.
Who qualifies for this service?
- People over 18 years of age or attending high school not served by Talent Search. Click this link to visit the government web page with information on this program.
- Those who reside in the 13-county target area served by EOC
- A potential first-generation college student (Neither parent has earned a bachelor's degree)
- Low income persons
- A citizen or permanent resident of the USA
- Any Veteran
Program Goal
The EOC's goal is to increase the number of adult participants who enroll in post secondary education institutions.
